These files covers the main flybase public data structures
with object records based on ID prefix (FBgn, FBab, FBrf, FBpp, FBtp, ...).  
The FBxx.astruc.xml list field structure of the object records without
values, and the FBxx.astruc-val.xml include sample values (these values
are not 'xml-clean', I just plopped the data value into the field tag).

The files should be self describing, but let me know if something is unclear.
The FBgn is most complex structure by far, about half is an embedded
FBal (allele) record which could easily be separated out. FBab has
equivalent separable component subrecords.

I dont' have a full equivalent for gadfly data; the FBan sets here
have been extracted from different gadfly data releases.
The release1 (rel1) version was based on converting gadfly perl
html output to parseable text, while the rel3 version is a
less rich extract from GFF/GAME-XML data files.
